Location: Remote
Hours: 37 per week (see below)
Salary: £20,000
Contract: Temporary

Bennett Workplace Solutions is one of the UK’s leading providers of ergonomic and disability related products, ergonomic assessments, assistive technology training and reasonable adjustments.

The successful candidate will be responsible for administrative duties to support the wider team. You will support by utilising your administration and customer service skills, to support the team in their daily tasks whilst delivering a high level of service to our customers. The successful candidate should be confident in speaking with both customers and other team members at all levels and have the ability to work independently.

Main Responsibilities
  • Processing orders and quotes accurately and in a timely manner in line with KPIs
  • Scheduling appointments for assessments, training and deliveries and on-site repair visits
  • Prioritising and responding to email queries and phone calls with customers and BWS assessors, trainers and installation engineers
  • Liaising with suppliers to ensure purchase orders are filled and completed
  • Product updates and pricing in the back-office system
  • Any other duties that may reasonably be required by the Manager, within the scope of the role
Requirements:
The successful applicant will possess the following qualities
  • Be a clear and efficient communicator by both email and phone
  • Hold administrative experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Have good attention to detail
  • Hold relevant experience or transferrable skills
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office packages
  • Enjoy working as part of a team but be comfortable lone working
  • Required to work from home
  • Have the ability to manage your own workload
Further Information:
  • Computer equipment will be supplied to enable home working, you will be required to have an internet connection
  • Normal hours of work will be 37 per week, to be worked on a rotary basis between the hours of 8.00am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday, with a 30-minute early finish on Friday
  • This role is subject to satisfactory references and a probationary period of 3 months
